We had a great time during our city break, with the best aspects being the beautiful location surrounded by nature and the relaxing indoor and outdoor pools. It was amazing to swim in the thermal water and enjoy the hot spring carafes available in the room. We also loved the various activities offered, especially the free use of bicycles and the free water gym and stretching classes.
We were disappointed by the dated rooms and some non-functioning amenities. The balcony doors were not working properly and some of the Jacuzzis were not functional.

This hotel was perfect for me as it had a fantastic location for easy access to the water park. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist me with my needs. Additionally, the hotel offered clean facilities with an amazing selection during breakfast, making it my preferred hotel choice.
Can't fault the property in any way.

We had a delightful stay at this elegant venue, surrounded by lush greenery and fulfilling our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was an absolute highlight! We were able to indulge in various treatments, provided by well-trained professionals, in relaxing facilities such as the Hydrotherapy pool and the sauna. the outdoor swimming pool, with a stunning view of the surroundings, was also a great spot to soak up the sun while sipping on refreshing cocktails.
Sadly, our experience at the dinner restaurant was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the food lacked the expected flavour and creativity, and the menu options were limited.

The hotel's location is perfect for outdoor activities, with miles of paths to explore and a nearby water park. There are a few nice restaurants and grocery stores within a short drive. the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms offer whirlpool bathtubs. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious.
Some of the facilities, such as the restaurant and bar, could use some updates.

The facilities were impressive with several pools to choose from, including an indoor one. the natural surroundings of the hotel provided a peaceful atmosphere, and there were endless paths to explore. the free activities provided were a nice touch and kept us entertained.
The dining experience was not up to par. the food lacked flavor and the dining room was often crowded with families.
